Support Services for Installed and Non-Installed Products

  • Vonzu Installations provides maintenance, troubleshooting, and support services for both:
  • Equipment and systems we have installed or supplied, and
  • Third-party equipment and systems that were installed by others.
  • While we make every effort to diagnose and resolve issues with third-party products, we cannot guarantee performance, compatibility, or warranty coverage for equipment we did not supply or install.
  • Any work performed on non-installed products may be subject to additional service fees and time estimates, which will be communicated before work begins.
  • By requesting support for third-party equipment, you acknowledge that Vonzu Installations is not responsible for original product warranties, manufacturer defects, or prior installation errors.
